A full moon rising over the Orient was the inspiration for this piece and no full moon rising has ever been prettier than this Moon In The Window! Various sizes and combinations of curved patchwork squares intertwine to make up the “moon” blocks. Fabrics that contain gold highlights are enhanced by the embroidered borders of pivotal stitches and braids. Gold quilting motifs fill in the blank spaces and embellish the curved pieces as well. The final touch is three dimensional “tassel” stitching within the inner border giving this piece an even more elaborate touch!
Measures approximately 68 inches by 67 inches. 100% cotton fabrics. A hanging sleeve is included on the back for easy placement on a hanging rod.
