Terms of service

By placing an order, you are agreeing to these rules:

-US orders returned to us by the United States Postal Service as being undeliverable because of an error in the address you gave us will require a second shipping charge to re-send to you. Should you choose not to have your order re-sent and request a refund, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

-International orders returned by the postal service as being undeliverable for any reason (i.e.: incorrect address, failure to pay customs or duties charges, or other acts beyond our control, etc.) will require a second shipping charge to re-send to you. Should you choose not to have your order re-sent and request a refund, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

-Returns will need an authorization from us. Please contact us using the Returns and Exchanges link. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges for another item or store credit will receive 100% value for credit. Returns for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise must be unused and undamaged.

-Prior sales are excluded in reference to sale prices.
